Alachua County is under the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD). Lake City and the western counties are under the Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD), which can run a different (and during droughts, stricter — often one day a week) schedule than Gainesville. We know both rulebooks and set your controller correctly for your county.
