Schedule Online
How do I schedule service?

The fastest way is our online scheduler — pick a service, address, and time in about a minute. Prefer to talk? Call (352) 505-1675, Mon–Fri 8–5.

What areas do you serve?

Gainesville, Lake City, and all of Alachua, Columbia, Suwannee, Gilchrist, Union, Bradford, Baker & Hamilton counties — see our full service area.

How much does service cost?

New irrigation and drainage estimates are free. Sprinkler repair is a flat-rate service visit and our sprinkler tune-up is $145 — you'll always see the exact price before you confirm your online booking. New customers can save $25 with code NEW25 — see specials.

What days can I water my lawn in Gainesville / Alachua County?

Alachua County is under the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD). During Daylight Saving Time, homes with odd addresses water Wednesday & Saturday and even addresses Thursday & Sunday; in winter it drops to once a week. No watering 10am–4pm, and about one hour per zone. We program your controller to match — book a tune-up.

What days can I water in Lake City / Columbia County?

Lake City and the western counties are under the Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD), which can run a different (and during droughts, stricter — often one day a week) schedule than Gainesville. We know both rulebooks and set your controller correctly for your county.

Do I need a backflow preventer for GRU reclaimed water?

If your irrigation ties into GRU potable water you need a backflow assembly plus certified annual testing. We install and replace Double Check & RPZ backflow preventers and freeze-protect them for North Florida winters.

Do you service wells, lake pumps, and reclaimed systems?

Yes — jet, submersible, and constant-pressure pump service for private wells, lake/river intakes, and GRU reclaimed lines is one of our specialties out in the rural ring.

Can I pay my invoice online?

Yes — use My Account to view and pay invoices and see past visits.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Action Irrigation is fully licensed and insured, and our technicians are trained and background-checked.
